EU Settlement Scheme: where to get support in Leeds (EU nationals and their family members)

Leeds City Council has now a dedicated webpage where residents in Leeds can access information on Brexit and be signposted to where find further information from central Government. please click on the image below 

The process is completely online – so if you know people who might struggle – Digital Assistance is available, they can book an appointment by:

  • phoning 03333 445 675 opening hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
  • If you have hearing and/or speech difficulties you can access this service on a smartphone, computer or tablet or text phone by dialling 18001 in front of the phone number above.

In addition, designated staff at the Community Hub mentioned above,  will be also happy to assist residents book an appointment.


People can also access ID checks at 5 different community Hubs across the city:

Armley One Stop Centre: 2 Stocks Hill, Armley, LS12 1UQ (Mondays only)

Compton Centre Community Hub: Harehills Lane, Leeds, LS9 7BG (Thursdays only)

City Centre Community Hub: Merrion House, Woodhouse Lane, Leeds, LS2 8LX  (Monday – Friday)

Reginald Centre Community Hub: 263 Chapeltown Road, Leeds, LS7 3EX (Tuesdays only)

Dewsbury Road Community Hub: 190 Dewsbury Road, Leeds, LS11 6PF  (Wednesdays)
