Path Yorkshire and Voluntary Action Leeds present an event to support and enable organisations to face challenges and respond to changes by creating a positive culture, leading to improved capabilities and productivity.
Community and non-profit organisations are facing many challenges and are having to adapt and change to continue to meet its goals. To respond to changes, organisations need confident, agile and strategic leaders to support staff and volunteers to develop and deliver. It also need staff and volunteers to demonstrate a solid character and positive work ethic by being responsible and accountable.
Who should attend this event? Staff, Managers and Board Members of Charities, Non-Profit and Community Organisations.
