Do you wonder how you would support someone having a panic attack at work?

Are you concerned about the wellbeing and health of the people within your organisation, team or community?

Perhaps you are a professional who works with people and though, like me, you aren’t a therapist, they talk to you about themselves,
their lives and sometimes their mental health?

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training will give you a deeper understanding of what mental health is, how poor mental health can show up, what support there is for recovery and how to start a conversation with someone you may be concerned about.

This course will give you the confidence to approach someone about how they are, resources to signpost people to appropriate help and make you better equipped for challenging stigma around mental health.  Plus, it will increase your knowledge about taking care of your own mental health.
